About the BT World Game

Two teams (the Blue Battalion vs. the Red Rangers) will compete in missions throughout the day at paintball fields across the planet. Real time scoring and results will let you follow the progress of your faction as the battle moves across the globe!

Game story

The Blue Battalion launched a preliminary operation in support of a planned U.N. takeover of the world’s monetary system. An all out offensive is expected to have civilians lay down their arms and comply until all of the U.N.’s changes are in place.

This comes after the United Nations had called for recent meetings and came up with some solutions including a new world monetary system. The economy being in shambles for a few years, stock markets crashing and chaos starting in the streets prompted the action.

Meanwhile, militants known as the Red Rangers, who are opposed to most of the U.N.’s solutions, are growing in numbers and pledge a fight for any kind of change. They insist that the collapse was inevitable and will bring the world to a better place over time.

No casualties are reported yet. The world is anxious and concerned. Large plumes of smoke could be seen in most of the largest cities, and many are preparing for the worst.

Dad Plays for Free

This Saturday and Sunday (June 18 & 19), bring your dad and he plays for free!

This deal is only good for this weekend. Dad gets free entry and free rental (if he needs it). Paint is not included.

Nicky Cuba Paintball Clinic

May 28 & 29, 2011: Nicky Cuba comes to Nitro Paintball for a two day paintball clinic! Learn from and ‘ball with one of the best players in the game Saturday and Sunday May 28 & 29!

Registration details

The clinic will cost $250 per registrant, and there are 30 slots available. Registration is first-come, first-served, so don’t waste any time! On top of training with Nicky, registration includes the following for each player:

Two cases of RPS Premium paint (one Saturday, one Sunday)
Lunch combo both days
Autograph and photo session with Nicky
“Nicky Comes to Nitro” t-shirt
Event badge and lanyard
“Graduation” certificate

Spectator passes will be available for $30 each, and will be allowed to watch from our airball spectator area. We have unlimited space available for spectators, so come on with it!

We will also be holding a raffle for a brand new Empire AXE! Nicky will be using the gun during the clinic and will autograph it for the raffle winner! Raffle tickets will be available for $10 each and may only be purchased by players and spectators.

Game Info

For the Love of Money is a one day scenario event at Nitro on April 30, 2011.
We’ll start taking registration the day of the game at 8am.
We’ll play from 11am to 6pm.
As with our other events, this one is Field Paint Only.
Walk ons are welcome. If you need equipment you must call ahead and reserve it!
Registration is $35. This includes all day play and air, plus 500 rounds.
We will be selling paint at our normal rates (still cheaper than Wal-Mart!).

NCPA College Tournament

Nitro’s first NCPA tournament was a huge success! Thanks to everyone who participated and made the event a blast!

Special thanks go to Tim Tiner and his excellent reffing staff, Spencer Lloyd and the KSU Owls paintball team for keeping us fed, and, of course, Mario Maresco and Helene Maresco for prepping the field and handling the logistics and making all of this possible!

One more shout out to the guys from 5×5 who helped out with everything rec ball today. Thanks guys!
